Three out of ten Indian employees said they would relocate within India for a minimum of two years if there was a pay increase of at least 10% on offer.

The survey found that two in ten employees across 24 countries said they would be very likely to take a full time job in another country for two to three years. This would also have to include a minimum 10% pay rise.

The research found that employees in Mexico are the most likely to relocate for a 10% wage increase, with 34% of them saying they would.

This was closely followed by 32% of employees in Brazil and 31% of employees in Russia. The report found that 31% of employees in Turkey are also willing to relocate.

"This clearly indicates that employees in developed countries still believe their national economy will rebound strongly and provide them enough good job opportunities to grow in future."

The study of more than 12,000 employees globally revealed that workers are looking for incentives to relocate abroad for a new job. Employees are also looking for a guaranteed option to return to their current role after two years and a paid language course if necessary.
