360 Relocations Privacy Policy is designed for customers to make informed choices about the management of their personal information. We are committed to complying with all local privacy laws, including the European Union's Privacy Directive.

Information sharing with our partner network

 

In an effort to provide you with the full range of relocation services we may share personal information among companies within our partner network whom we have instructed to provide the services required.

We may also share your personal Information with companies or other organizations as required by or permitted by law. For example, we may share personal information to:

  • Service your account.
  • Those you have authorized us to disclose the information and others as permitted or required by law.
  • Other institutions with which we jointly provide financial products or services.

 

For your protection, we require companies to agree in writing to provide at least the same level of privacy protection as is required by this Privacy Policy.

 

We will not disclose your Personal Information to anyone outside of 360 Relocations unless you have authorized us to do so or as otherwise indicated in this Policy or as required by law.

360 Relocations will make every reasonable effort to keep accurate Personal Information while we are using that information to service your requirements. 360 Relocations maintain Personal Information only as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by contractual or other legal requirements.

 

We maintain agreements with external suppliers and others with whom we do business limiting the use of your Personal Information only for the purposes intended in providing the information.

 

We limit access to personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to you.

 

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your Personal Information. We regularly assess security standards and procedures to protect against unauthorised access to Personal Information.

Employee training and internal procedures are in place to allow 360 Relocations to ensure compliance with its Privacy Policy and hold regular internal compliance reviews of its privacy practices.

 

B. Disputes

 

360 Relocations recognises the importance of providing you with the opportunity to address and resolve complaints about the processing of your Personal Information. Therefore in the first instance should you wish to register a complaint please contact the Managing Director who will be responsible for registering your complaint and providing a written report on your concerns.
